Strawberry & Ginger Body Wrap

 
This skin care recipe is for the body. It incorporates ginger, which offers a warming effect on the skin and is an excellent circulatory stimulant. Strawberry, when smashed, offers cleansing, astringent properties.
 
Strawberry and Ginger Body Wrap
  •   2 ginger roots, each 4in(10cm) long
  •   4 tablespoon (60ml) Light Glacial Clay (Powder)
  • 15 large strawberries
Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz for a minute. If you don't have a blender, you can easily smash the ginger and strawberries and then add the Glacial Clay.
 
If the mixture is too runny to adhere to the body, add more Light Glacial Clay until you achieve the consistency of a thick paste. Apply the body wrap mixture to the body part affected by cellulite or poor circulation, then wrap your body in metal foil.

Lie down in a warm room for 15-20 minutes, close you eyes and relax. After the 20 minutes, rinse off the wrap with warm water. Once all the wrap is removed from your body, turn the water to cool for the last 15 seconds, pat dry the skin.

Remember to prepare the room first so that you don't have the strawberries and ginger everywhere. Also, do a patch test first before trying anything new.
